Which accounting software do you work in?
Our firm works exclusively in QuickBooks Online to keep your records consistent, accurate, and easy to review.
When will I receive my reports?
Reports are generally prepared within two weeks of month end, once your accounts have been reconciled. Timing can vary depending on the complexity of your books and when we receive your information.
Is my financial information secure?
Yes. We use secure, access-controlled tools, and your information is kept confidential and used only for your engagement.
Can you fix books that are behind?
Yes. We can review your records and discuss options for bringing past periods current.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
Engagements are generally set up on a month-to-month basis, allowing you the flexibility to adjust or end our services as your needs change. Specific terms will vary according to the conditions set forth in your agreement.
